Sarah studied at the National Youth Theatre costume course in the summer of 1998 as a teenager. She went on to study Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art and worked on several short films before working on her first feature film in 2003. She has gone on to work on nearly sixty productions and has designed several feature films and a television series.
